The Mid-Atlantic Group Psychotherapy Society (MAGPS) is a regional affiliate of the American Group Psychotherapy Association that serves group therapists in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
MAGPS maintains the traditions of psychodynamic group psychotherapy and provides didactic and experiential training for psychotherapists interested in how group dynamics affect individuals, families, communities, and the world of business.
MAGPS is committed to professional and cultural diversity. All mental health professions are welcome and well represented in our Society. Our membership of students, interns, residents, new professionals, established practitioners and retirees helps create a community of inclusion, vitality and creativity.
We invite you to join us! Sign up for the next conference. Check out the rest of the web site. Send in your membership information. You will be welcomed.
